Good Morning America GMA - Live interview link with Robin Roberts

We are so grateful for Robin Roberts and her entire team for highlighting Get Up & Fight this morning on Good Morning America. The entire process was warm, exciting and everyone we met were complete professionals. Robin Roberts is a total sweetheart, strong, inspiring and I am still a little star struck.

Jean and I both have not slept for days because we are just way too excited and our energy level is extremely high even for us. Jean was not able to view the interview when it aired this morning because she was at an undisclosed location, taking down some really bad guys. But she is all clear now and still working at the scene.

I wanted to share a few takeaways with all of you. First, Robin called Jean a BADASS in that voice and spirit that only Robin Roberts can. I concur Jean is a Badass and WOW she is a natural star! I am so proud of her. She stepped up and hammered it home! Rusty is still smiling.

Secondly, We had fun & enjoyed each and every moment. I am so happy we decided to go into Manhattan early. We walked to time square. We both stared up at that huge billboard and shared, "wow do you think they will put our book up on the ABC billboard??!?"

We have a ton of fun shares that had us both in full belly laughs. So, invite us to your local book store, corporate engagement, or heck out for drinks and we will share them all with you. I am not sure if you know this but this was the first live, in studio interview for GMA since covid. It is really, really nice to feel a little bit of getting back to normal.

The whole emotional response has finally set in for me writing this letter. A combination of hearing Jean's father's pure pride on the phone talking about his daughter and reflecting on that beautiful picture of Robin, her mother & Rusty on the screen. Thank you for joining us on this journey!
